What are the price ranges of the gowns in your boutique?
Our gowns range from $799-$2500.
Are alterations included?
Alterations are not included in the price of the gown. We will be happy to provide you with a seamstress recommendation.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are required on Fridays and Saturdays. You can call the shop at 985.674.6994 to book your appointment or fill out our online request form and we will contact you by the next working business day. Please try to schedule your appointment early because we are a small boutique and appointments book up very quickly. Appointments are not required Tuesday through Thursday but are recommended to avoid having to wait for a dressing room. Walk-ins will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
What if I just want to look around?
Do I still need an appointment?
We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins and answer any questions but scheduled appointments will take precedence. The only way to guarantee that will be able to assist you with trying on gowns, veils or jewelry is to schedule an appointment.
How many people should I bring to my appointment?
For appointments scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays we ask that you bring a maximum of three people to the appointment (not including the bride). Appointments scheduled between Tuesday and Thursday are usually much more relaxed as there is not as much traffic and we can better accommodate larger groups on these days.
How far in advance do I need to purchase my wedding gown?
We recommend ordering your wedding gown at least seven to eight months away from your wedding day. Gowns take about five months to deliver and it is best to have at least 2 months for alterations. If you plan on having bridal portraits taken prior to the wedding, please add an additional month to the ordering process.
How far in advance do I need to order my veil and jewelry?
We recommend ordering your accessories about four months away from your wedding day. Accessories take about three months to deliver and it is best to have all your items ready for your big day at least a month ahead of time to avoid unnecessary stress.
How far in advance do we need to order the bridesmaids dresses?
We recommend ordering bridesmaids dresses about six months away from your wedding day. Dresses take about four months to deliver and it is best to have at least two months for bridesmaids to complete alterations.
What is a Trunk Show?
Quite often you will notice that we are hosting a Trunk Show for a specific designer over a Friday and Saturday. A Trunk Show is a very fun, special weekend that allows our brides to visit our boutique and view and try on a designer's ENTIRE collection of wedding gowns versus just being able to see the hand-picked styles that we carry on a regular basis. Appointments are always required for these events.
Where you are located?
We are located in the Chenier Center on Highway 190 in Mandeville between the subdivision of Greenleaves and The First Baptist Church of Mandeville. (We share a parking lot with Bistro Byronz, I'land Pedi Spa and Niche Modern Home.)
